Alina Gish

Alina Gish is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and child development. Currently serving as an Associate Teacher at Piper Preschool since August 2020, Alina has held various roles within the City of Los Angeles since November 2006, including Camp Counselor, Recreation Assistant, Class Instructor, and Preschool Teacher. Previous positions include English Second Language Teacher at Consejería Educación y Cultura de Murcia from October 2018 to June 2020, and 3rd Grade Teacher at Escuela Bilingue Honduras from August 2016 to June 2017. Alina also served as the General Education Lead Teacher at YMCA of San Francisco and worked as a Substitute Teacher for San Francisco Unified School District. In addition, Alina held the role of Regional Lead Teacher at Reading Partners and Team Leader and Corps Member at Jumpstart. Alina's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from San Francisco State University and a Preliminary Multiple Subject Credential.
