Biren Amin

Biren Amin is a seasoned financial executive and strategist in the biotech sector, currently serving as Managing Director at Piper Sandler since March 2024 and as a Member of the Board of Trustees for The Axiom REACH Foundation since April 2022. With a focus on public health disparities, Axiom REACH supports underserved communities facing critical health challenges. Previously, Biren held key positions including Chief Financial Officer at Pyramid Biosciences, which was acquired by Biohaven Pharmaceuticals, and Chief Financial Officer at Immuneering Corporation, where a successful IPO led to a $120 million offering.
