Brian Smith

Brian Smith is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate development. Currently serving as Managing Director at Piper Sandler since January 2014, Brian has previously held significant roles such as Partner and Founding Principal at Partnership Capital Growth Advisors and Director of Corporate Development at EAS. Brian began a career at Bain & Company, progressing from Associate Consultant to Senior Associate Consultant, and later worked as an Associate at North Castle Partners. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College, attained between 1995 and 1999.
