Rich Steiner

Rich Steiner currently serves as the Head of Market Structure and Electronic Trading Strategy at Piper Sandler, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this, Rich amassed extensive experience at RBC Capital Markets from July 2009 to February 2024, where roles included Head of Global Market Structure and Director of Electronic Trading Strategy. Rich's career also includes a tenure at Bloomberg in Electronic Trading Applications Account Management and several key positions at BNP Paribas, ITG Inc., and Charles Schwab, focusing on trading strategy and electronic platforms. Rich holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
