Yasmeen Rahimi

Yasmeen Rahimi, PhD, is a seasoned biotechnology research analyst and managing director with extensive experience in equity research and analysis. Currently serving as Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst at Piper Sandler since July 2020, Yasmeen has held significant roles at ROTH Capital Partners and H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC, focusing on biotechnology research. With a strong academic background that includes a postdoctoral fellowship in Internal Medicine at Yale University School of Medicine, a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Indiana University School of Medicine, and earlier degrees in Bioanalytical Chemistry and Chemistry, Yasmeen has developed expertise in biomarker development, therapeutic target validation, and metabolic research.
