María Monsalve Carcaño

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both entrepreneurship and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020, Mariana also works as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experiences include owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a Nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university instructor teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a degree in Nutrition, Food, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México and a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online.
