Ariane Albuquerque Bella

Ariane Albuquerque Bella has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2009 when they were an Estagiária at Receita Federal. In 2011, they joined Braskem as an RH Intern/ Pessoas e Organização (P&O), where they were responsible for consulting with other areas, managing temporary and student contracts, recruitment, selection, admission, integration, and separation. Ariane also supported the Development by Competencies Program. In 2014, they became a Recruitment Analyst | Headhunter at Hiring - Especialistas em Recrutamento & Seleção. Two years later, they moved to Stryker as a Recruitment Analyst for Latin America. In 2021, they returned to Hiring - Especialistas em Recrutamento & Seleção as a Senior Recruiter - Headhunter and also joined Pipo Saúde as a Sr Talent Acquisition | Diversidade e Inclusão and Talent Acquisition | Diversidade e Inclusão.

Ariane Albuquerque Bella attended Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bacharelado em Administração in the field of Administração de Empresas. Prior to that, they attended Santaluces Community High School from 2005 to 2007 and completed their secondary education.
