Thaiane Portela

Thaiane Portela has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Thaiane started their career as a Bolisita de Iniciação Científica in Redesign de Processos at Hospital Erasto Gaertner in 2015, where they participated in a research project focused on improving the healthcare process. In 2016, they worked as an Estagiária in Planejamento e Controle de Produção and later as an Estagiária in Engenharia de Processos at Safesoft Ind. e Com. Equip. Eletrônicos Ltda.

In 2018, Thaiane joined MadeiraMadeira as a Junior Project Analyst, where they were responsible for various tasks such as homologating solutions, participating in store opening projects, and implementing improvements in tool functionality. Thaiane later moved on to roles as a Product Analyst, Product Designer, and Research Ops Lead within the same company.

Thaiane then worked at Leads2b as a Senior Product Designer and Product Design Lead in 2022, where they contributed to the design and development of various products. In 2022, they also worked as a Teacher Tutor at Coderhouse.

Currently, Thaiane is employed at Pipo Saúde as a Senior Product Designer, where they utilize their expertise in product design to contribute to the company's goals and objectives.

Thaiane Portela's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná from 2012 to 2017. Thaiane also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management at Universidade Positivo from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná starting in 2012, but the end year is unknown.

Thaiane Portela has also obtained various certifications, including DesignOps Strategy from How Bootcamps in August 2022, Bootcamp UI Design from Aldeia.cc in May 2021, Digital Product Design from EBAC - Escola Britânica de Artes Criativas e Tecnologia in April 2021, Bootcamp UX Design from Aldeia.cc in December 2020, and Product Masterclass: How to Build Digital Products from Product School in November 2020.
