Justin Lindenmayer has a diverse work experience beginning in 2010 when they obtained their MBA in Corporate Sustainability from the Yale School of Management. Justin then went on to obtain a Masters of Environmental Management from the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies in 2011. During that same year, they were a Climate Corps Fellow at Nestle Waters. In 2012, they were a Sustainability Intern at Preserve. From 2013 to 2016, they held various roles at Good Tastes Public Benefit Company, Sustainability A to Z, and Verde Farms. During their time at Verde Farms, they developed and managed the first ever Stage-Gate Product Development process, led R&D and launched over 30 new SKUs, created and managed product-specific P&Ls, and rebuilt and streamlined product/customer pricing strategies. From 2018 to 2021, they held various roles at Rodeo CPG and Over Easy. Currently, they are the Vice President of Supply Chain at Pipcorn Heirloom Snacks.
Justin Lindenmayer obtained a BA in International Studies (Political Science and Spanish emphases), Economics from Middlebury College in 2005, after graduating from Piedmont High School in 2001. Justin then went on to pursue an MBA in Corporate Environmental Management from Yale School of Management in 2010, and a MEM in Industrial Ecology from Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies in 2011. In 2012, they obtained a LEED Green Associate certification from the US Green Building Council.
