Joseph Olassa

Joseph Olassa is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology and consulting firms. As Co-founder and CEO of Nuivio Ventures Inc. since 2020, Joseph also serves as Board Chair for Talentou, Piqual, and Ignitho Technologies. Previously, between 2002 and 2016, Joseph held key positions at Mindtree, including Business Head for Retail, Travel, and Media Industry Groups, where significant business growth was achieved in Europe and the US. Joseph's earlier career includes roles such as Regional Director for new business in Europe and Director of Middle East Business, where strategic customer acquisition and partnerships were established. Joseph's career began as a Software Engineer at CDAC. Academic credentials include an MBA in Marketing & Systems from Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications from MS University.
