Abhishek Mundhra

Abhishek Mundhra has over 16 years of extensive experience in real estate finance, currently serving as Head Origination for Pune at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited since September 2007. Abhishek has held multiple roles within the company, including Principal, Deputy Principal, Associate Principal, and Senior Associate, focusing on real estate origination and portfolio management across Pune, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad. Prior to Piramal, Abhishek worked as a Senior Associate at Morgan Stanley from June 2005 to September 2007, where responsibilities included company valuations, M&A preparation, and IPO analysis. Abhishek holds a Level 2 Finance certification from CFA Institute and has completed a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from HR College of Commerce & Economics, along with an Associate's Degree in Commerce from ASC College Ichalkaranji.
