Karan Arora

Karan Arora has a strong work experience in various industries and roles. Karan is currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Piramal Finance since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Lead Product Manager in the Digital department at Piramal Finance from February 2021 to June 2022. Before joining Piramal Finance, Karan was the General Manager and Head of Digital Products at Dr Lal PathLabs from October 2019 to February 2021. Karan also held the position of Chief Manager in Digital Solutions at Max Life Insurance Company Limited from October 2018 to October 2019. In addition, Karan has worked as the Head of Digital Products at IIFL Home Loans from January 2015 to September 2018. Karan started their career as an Analyst at The Boston Consulting Group from August 2013 to December 2014. Prior to that, they worked as an Analyst at Ernst & Young from June 2012 to July 2013. Karan gained early work experience through an internship at SMC Group from March 2011 to June 2011 and as an intern at the Centre of Scientific Instruments Organisation from June 2009 to December 2009.

Karan Arora holds a PGDM degree in international business from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. Karan also cleared Level 3 of the CFA (US) program, specializing in financial analysis, from 2012 to 2014. In 2018-2019, they earned a Digital Marketing Nanodegree from Udacity. Furthermore, Karan obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2006 to 2010. Their education journey started with their schooling at Hansraj Public School from 1994 to 2004. Additionally, Karan has obtained certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2021.
