With a career foundation at Sandoz Pvt Ltd, where Monika advanced from GCP Compliance Manager to Global QA Auditor, the breadth of experience encompasses setting up quality systems in compliance with regulatory standards, driving continual improvement initiatives, and ensuring audit readiness across various organizations.
