Raju Kalgutkar

Raju Kalgutkar has a robust background in packaging management and development, with significant experience in leadership roles within the consumer products sector. At Piramal Enterprises Limited, Raju served as Head of Packaging for the Consumer Products Division, overseeing strategic management across the division from July 2016 to April 2018. Previously, Raju held the position of Chief Manager in the same division, focusing on annual operating strategy, new product development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Procter & Gamble as a Senior Packaging Engineer and at ITC Limited as an Executive in Packaging Development, where Raju specialized in packaging for hair and skin care products. Raju began a career as a Trainee in Packaging Development at Cadbury India, gaining foundational experience in cost optimization and production monitoring. Academically, Raju holds a Master's degree in Packaging Technology from the Indian Institute of Packaging and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from J.S.M. College.
