Suraj Velhal

Suraj Velhal is a seasoned pharmaceutical professional with extensive experience in formulation and development across various dosage forms, including injectable and ophthalmic products. Currently serving as Principal Scientist at Zoetis Inc. since November 2019, Suraj previously held similar positions at Novartis and Cipla Ltd., focusing on sterile and topical formulations. With past roles at Wockhardt Research Center, MYLAN LABS Limited, and Cipla, Suraj has developed expertise in generic injectables, lyophilized formulations, and specialty dosage forms. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Pharmaceutics from Appasaheb Birnale College of Pharmacy and Bachelor's and Diploma degrees in Pharmacy from Bharati Vidyapeeth and the College of Pharmacy, respectively.
