This iconic structure has been ingeniously repurposed into an open sculpture set amidst a dynamic park. The surrounding area now hosts a myriad of colorful boxes, housing cafés, studios, workshops, start-ups, incubators, festivals, and classrooms. Notably, a substantial portion of this space is dedicated to TUMO Tirana, a non-profit educational institution providing free afterschool education for 12- to 18-year-olds.
