Andrea Viglione is a highly experienced culinary professional with a robust background in various chef roles and restaurant operations. Currently serving as Corporate Chef at Pirata Group since June 2019, Andrea is responsible for achieving budgeted COGS and enhancing guest satisfaction across the group's establishments, while also implementing Health & Safety programs. As an Italian Corporate Chef, Andrea co-founded and was the opening chef for The Pizza Project, contributed to the revamping of the Pirata restaurant, and played a significant role in launching the group's first overseas restaurant, Pici Shanghai. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Chef at Pici Pasta, where Andrea opened multiple restaurants and focused on team engagement and menu engineering, as well as roles at Eat.it Italy Eatery and Giando Restaurant & Bar. Co-founder of luna'storta snc, Andrea has demonstrated strong leadership in the culinary field since beginning formal education at liceo scientifico marie curie from 2004 to 2010.
