Lauren Andersson has extensive experience in talent acquisition and performance arts, currently serving as a Specialist in Talent Acquisition Strategy and Initiatives at Universal Orlando Resort. With a history of recruiting across various departments including Technical Entertainment and Horticulture, Lauren has utilized platforms such as PageUp and PeopleSoft for efficient candidate sourcing and interviewing. Additionally, Lauren is involved in casting and performance roles in projects like Cirque du Soleil’s Drawn to Life, while also performing with Teatro Martini and Pirate's Dinner Adventure.
