PIRCHE is a ground-breaking technology based on computer algorithms to determine HLA matching on the epitope level in solid organ transplantation (SOT) and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) applications.

The PIRCHE algorithm precisely calculates the level of allorecognition against foreign tissue, i.e. the ability of an individual organism to distinguish its own cells from those of another. Thus, this technology predicts highly relevant the acceptance or rejection of the new organ or the donated stem cells.
