Andrea Moneta

Andrea Moneta has a diverse work experience starting from 2006. They began their career as a Post-Graduate Researcher at Politecnico di Milano, working on projects related to the design of suspension systems for motorcycles. In 2007, they joined Fiat Auto as a Technical Project Specialist and later became a Project Manager. They worked at Fiat Auto until 2011.

In 2011, Andrea joined Vodafone as an IT Solution Senior Specialist, responsible for implementing large-scale IT solutions. They held various roles at Vodafone, including IT Sales & Provisioning Operations Manager and Head of IT Service Operations. In these positions, they managed teams and ensured the proper operation of IT systems and infrastructure.

In 2019, Andrea joined L'Oréal as an IT Director for Italy and Greece, where they held the position until 2021. Currently, they are working at Pirelli as the Global Head of IT Sales, Marketing, and CRM Solutions. Additionally, they recently took on the role of Global Head of Digital Governance & Investments at Pirelli.

Throughout their career, Andrea has demonstrated leadership and expertise in IT and digital transformations, application development, and ensuring business continuity.

Andrea Moneta completed their high school education at L.S.S. A. Einstein in Milano from 1996 to 2001. Andrea then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from Politecnico di Milano from 2001 to 2004. Andrea continued their education at Politecnico di Milano and earned a Master of Science in Electronics from 2004 to 2006. In 2007, they had a visiting scholar experience at The Ohio State University, specializing in Electronics and Control Systems. Later on, Andrea attended MIP Politecnico di Milano from 2013 to 2015, where they completed an Executive Master in ELIS Corporate School, focusing on Technology and ICT Management. Additionally, they obtained several certifications: Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2014, ITIL v3 Intermediate - Service Lifecycle from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2014, ITIL v3 Foundation from EXIN in 2013, and Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute in April 2013.
