Donatella di Fidio has extensive work experience in marketing roles. Donatella started their career at Euronics Italia S.p.A., where they held various positions such as Marketing Specialist, Marketing Strategist, and Responsabile Marketing e Comunicazione from 2001 to 2012. Donatella then joined Pirelli in 2012 as the Marketing Manager for Driver Italia Spa, where they developed marketing strategies and drove omni-channel seasonal marketing initiatives. In 2018, they were promoted to Head of Marketing at Pirelli, where they were responsible for overseeing the brand strategy, implementing marketing campaigns, and guiding the activities of the marketing team.
Donatella di Fidio completed a Master's degree in Digital Strategic Planning from 24ORE Business School from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they pursued a Master in Marketing e Communication Management - Master di Specializzazione in Marketing on e off line from the same institution from 2009 to 2010.
