Elia Visintainer

Elia Visintainer is a Product Development Engineer at Pirelli since April 2017, responsible for developing new product lines, tyre specifications, and coordinating the complete product cycle. As the Outdoor Objective Validation Team Leader, Elia managed a testing department, optimized logistics, and ensured compliance with ISO 17025 and IATF 16949. Prior experience includes roles as a Testing and Validation Engineer and Mechanical Engineering Student at Politecnico di Milano, where a master's thesis focused on ABS braking performance. Elia's education includes a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering, complemented by training in braking systems at Brembo S.p.A. and experience as a 3D CAD Assistant.
