Flavio Colombini

Flavio Colombini has extensive experience in supply chain and logistics management. Flavio worked at Pirelli from 2003 to 2019, holding various roles such as Head of Integrated Business Planning, Head of Logistics, Supply Chain Director for the B.U. Moto, Supply Chain Planning Manager, and Supply Chain Project Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing teams, overseeing production planning, distribution, warehousing, and intercompany flows. Flavio also had significant involvement in budgeting, cost allocation, and new product allocation. Flavio Colombini's expertise in supply chain and logistics is complemented by their previous role as a Workshop Organizer in Plant Engineering at Politecnico di Milano.
