Gloria Martinoni

Gloria Martinoni is a seasoned professional in digital governance and customer experience management, currently serving as the Digital Governance International Manager at Pirelli since September 2023. Previously, Gloria held key positions at Sky Italia, including Head of Digital Experience and Process Design from 2018 to 2023, where responsibilities encompassed digital experience design and process mapping to enhance customer lifecycle management.
