Noushin Alishahi has extensive experience in user experience design, graphic design, and digital service design. Noushin is currently working as the Digital Service Design Lead at Pirelli, where they collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative features and oversees a team to enhance digital solutions. Prior to this, they worked as a User Experience Design Specialist at Live Reply Italy and e-motion | made4ecommerce, where they designed user experiences and interfaces for various clients. Noushin also has experience as a Consulente UI/UX and UX/UI Designer Consultant at IrisCube Reply S.p.A., a User Experience Designer at Neatec, a UX designer at ResQ, and a UI + Graphic designer at Webcrafters freelance team. Additionally, they worked as a Graphic UX/UI designer at Scloby s.r.l., where they were responsible for app and product design. Noushin also collaborated on occasional projects as a Graphic designer for La casa degli enigmi and I3P - Innovative Companies Incubator of Politecnico Torino.

Noushin Alishahi has a Master's degree in Agile meets design thinking from the University of Virginia, obtained in 2020. In 2017, they attended the Fastweb digital academy - Wemake for user experience design. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, Noushin studied at Politecnico di Torino and earned a Laurea magistrale in the Design and Architecture department. They had also previously obtained a laurea in Architettura from the University of Art, which they attended from 2005 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Noushin has completed courses such as "Architettura dell'informazione in pratica" from UXUniversity (expected in 2023), "Service Design: Designing for Experience Over Time" from Udemy (2021), "Agile meets Design thinking" from the University of Virginia (2020), and "Introduction to Software Product Management" from the University of Alberta and Coursera (2017).
