Santiago Pérez Zapata

Santiago Paz is a Senior Data Modelling Engineer at ICE since March 2023, specializing in Sustainable Finance. Prior to this role, Santiago served as Data Science Technical Lead and Data Scientist at Mott MacDonald from November 2019 to March 2023, and held positions as Data Scientist and Data Science Intern at Caixabank Business Intelligence from April 2017 to July 2019. Additional experience includes a Research Assistant role at PRBB in 2017 and at York University in 2016, as well as a Mathematics Teacher position at Toronto International College in 2015. Academically, Santiago holds a Master of Science in Data Science from the Barcelona School of Economics, a Specialization Certificate in Data Science from The Johns Hopkins University, and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Physics and Astronomy from York University.
