Anna Ilona Lundberg has extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry, currently serving as Tuotekehityspäällikkö for Pirkanmaan Osuuskauppa since December 2021, focusing on fresh food products and food markets. Prior to this role, Anna co-founded Apaja Crew Osk in January 2019 and co-founded Konttiravintola BLOKKI in May 2021. Additionally, Anna worked as a Chef at Original Sokos Hotel Ilves, Bistro Frans&Marie from June 2015 to December 2021. Anna also contributed as an Assistant Coach at Proakatemia between May 2020 and June 2021. Academically, Anna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Proakatemia, completed in December 2021, and attended Tampere University of Applied Sciences from 2018 to 2021.
