🇺🇦 Cliff Kuehn - International Trademark Enforcement Attorney

Cliff Kuehn is a Senior Counsel at Pirkey Barber PLLC since April 2022 and serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of San Francisco School of Law, where instruction focuses on international trademark law and management of students' trademark prosecution caseloads. With extensive experience in trademark and data privacy counsel, Cliff has advised Fortune 500 technology firms and luxury consumer brands on enforcement strategies and complex negotiations across multiple jurisdictions while also providing counsel to crypto and NFT clients on prosecution strategies. Previous roles include serving as Trademark and Copyright Attorney at Dergosits & Noah LLP, where Cliff managed global trademark portfolios, and as an Intellectual Property Attorney at the EUIPO, drafting litigation briefs for the European Court of Justice. Cliff holds an LL.M. in European Intellectual Property Law from Stockholm University, a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC Irvine.
