David E. Armendariz

David E. Armendariz is a Senior Counsel at Pirkey Barber PLLC, serving since September 2017. Prior to this role, David worked as an Attorney at Vinson & Elkins from October 2013 to August 2017 and gained experience as a Law Clerk for the Supreme Court of Texas from August 2012 to July 2013. David also contributed as an Articles Editor for the Texas Law Review, Vol. 90, from February 2011 to March 2012 and held summer associate positions at both Haynes and Boone, LLP, and Vinson & Elkins in 2011. Additionally, David completed an internship in the Legal Department at AT&T in the summer of 2010. Educationally, David holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law, a Bachelor of Science in Radio-Television-Film from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas McCombs School of Business.
