Rob Boland

Rob Boland currently serves as the Interim Chief Operations Officer at pirkx since April 2025 and is an Honorary Member of PepTalks, a leading provider of peer-to-peer learning for private equity leaders, since January 2023. Previously, Rob held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Group Product and Customer Director at Reward Gateway from September 2015 to March 2025, and served as Operations Director at The Collinson Group for one year. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, overseeing a large fulfilment centre from September 2011 to September 2014, and as Regional Director at Virgin Active, where Rob managed 14 health clubs with significant revenue responsibilities and led a large team across various departments from March 2007 to September 2011. Rob holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Leicester and additional qualifications from altMBA, the University of Johannesburg, and Rhodes University.
