Alessandro Penza

Alessandro Penza is currently an M&A Analyst at Pirola Corporate Finance S.p.A. since January 2024, having previously held the position of M&A Intern at the same company. Prior experience includes an internship in Corporate Finance within the Financial Institutions Group at KPMG from February 2023 to May 2023. Alessandro holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Law from Università Bocconi (2021-2023) and an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School (August 2022 - December 2022). An undergraduate degree, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, was earned from Università Bocconi (2018-2021). Additionally, a Summer School program for Young Managers was completed at Barry University in 2018, and Alessandro graduated with a Diploma di Liceo Scientifico from Liceo Scientifico Galileo Galilei in 2018.
