John Dobelbower

John Dobelbower, CFE, currently serves as the Vice President of Franchise Development at PIRTEK USA, the world's largest hydraulic and industrial hose franchisor, overseeing a team that services diverse industries including construction and agriculture since March 2024. Prior to this role, John led franchise development teams at Neighborly®, contributing to successful operations for Lawn Pride and the Grounds Guys. John founded and operated Green Option Recycling from January 2015 to May 2020, driven by a desire to enhance community cleanliness. Additionally, John held positions at Personal Economics Group as Managing Director and Financial Advisor, where expertise in financial services and recruiting was utilized. Earlier career roles included Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual and leadership positions in Collegiate House Painting LLC and College Works Painting. John earned a degree in Business Management from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
