Iva Walker

IVA WALKER has had a progressive career in customer experience, starting in 2009 as an Assistant Vice President at Client Services Incorporated. IVA then joined The Pisa Group in 2018 as the Director of Customer Experience. Currently, IVA is serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Call Center Group.

Iva Walker obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Lindenwood University in 2015. Following that, they pursued a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Creative Writing from the same university, which was completed in 2017.
