Erika Parke

Erika Parke is a Grants Associate at Pisces Foundation, focusing on strategic solutions to environmental challenges since November 2024. Prior to this role, Erika served as a Grants Management Specialist and SEED Grants Specialist at Community Initiatives, where compliance and recordkeeping for a $5.6 million government grant program were key responsibilities. Erika has a diverse background in enrollment and customer service with Global Leadership Adventures, where student engagement and crisis management support were significant contributions. Previous experience includes roles at Kesem National as a Volunteer Coordinator and as a Head Lifeguard at the University of California, Berkeley, alongside educational support roles. Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Development Economics and International Development from the University of California, Berkeley, and has also studied at Universitat de Barcelona.
