Behrooz Tehrani

Behrooz Tehrani has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. In 1997, they co-founded Pishtaz Teb Zaman Diagnostics, where they served as the CEO and led a team of over 200 professionals. Behrooz has also been involved in the medical biotech industry, serving as a board member for the Iranian Society of Manufacturers and Exporters of Medical Biotech Products and as an executive board member for the Iran Health Science-based Companies Association. Additionally, they have been the chief of the board for the Iran IVD Suppliers Association. Behrooz Tehrani is also actively involved in startups as a private investor, providing financial support and sharing their entrepreneurial advice and experience. Behrooz is currently a co-founder and chairman of the Synapse IVD accelerator, which helps local startups in the In Vitro Diagnostic Device space to scale domestically and internationally. Behrooz Tehrani is also a board member of Morvarid Group and Kimia Pajouhan Co.

Behrooz Tehrani holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Behrooz also has a Master's degree in Biochemistry from Anglia University. In 2020, they completed their Doctorate in Business Administration from FIHE. Behrooz also obtained a Professional Expert license in 2018, allowing him to act as a Business Founder and Business Developer in the IVD and Medical Lab sector. Additionally, they have a Post DBA in Futurology from Tehran business school.
