Aissar Murad

Aissar Murad has a diverse work experience in various roles related to DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and Infrastructure Analysis. They have worked at multiple companies, including Pismo, Webera, Quero Education, RedeAlumni, and Autônomo.

At Pismo, Aissar served as a DevOps Technical Lead, coaching and mentoring junior practitioners, documenting processes, and leading brainstorming meetings for continuous improvement. They also provided hands-on assistance to engineers in solving complex problems.

At Webera, Aissar worked as a DevOps/Data/Cloud Engineer, collaborating with teams from different locations to architect end-to-end processes, create Kubernetes deployments, automate CI/CD processes, and troubleshoot systems on AWS. They also focused on migrating legacy systems to cloud environments.

Aissar's role at Quero Education was as a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer, where they worked for three years. At RedeAlumni, they were an Infrastructure and IT Analyst responsible for analyzing and improving IT processes and infrastructure, providing technical support, and managing vendor relationships.

For four years as an Autônomo, Aissar worked as a Consultant, offering services in computer networks, security management (firewalls), telephony (Asterisk Server), DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation. They also provided consulting services in electrical and automation systems.

Other experiences include working as an Auxiliar de Produção at Luplast Indústria de PVC, an Estagiário de Engenharia de Produção at INFLEX Indústria de Embalagens Flexíveis, and as a Backoffice at Qually Telecom. They also worked as an Eletricista Predial at Casa e Luz.

Aissar Murad's earliest work experience was as a Bolsista de Iniciação Tecnológica Industrial (níveis A e B) at Universidade Federal da Grande Dourados, where they conducted research in the field of machine efficiency and specification of measurement equipment.

Throughout their career, Aissar has gained experience in various tools and technologies such as Kubernetes, Jenkins, Gitlab-CI, CircleCI, ArgoCD, Terraform, and Bash Scripting.

Aissar Murad's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal da Grande Dourados, completed from 2008 to 2013. Additionally, Aissar pursued a Technical degree in Industrial Automation from SENAI, although it was incomplete, spanning from 2009 to 2011. Prior to these degrees, Aissar attended Colégio Objetivo for high school from 2004 to 2006.
