Halan Gobira has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They started their career at Magneti Marelli in 2003 as a Telecom Analyst and worked there until 2008. After that, they joined Ericsson as a Network Service Engineer from 2008 to 2011. They then moved to IDEMIA, where they held various roles including Telco Technical Consultant, South America Technical Consultant Coordinator, Technical Consultant Manager - Telco/Payment, Head of Payment Technical Consultant and Business Developer LATAM, and Director of Products and Field Marketing FI LatAm. During their tenure at IDEMIA, they were responsible for managing teams, developing and introducing innovative products and technologies, and providing pre-sales support for mobile payment and biometric solutions. In 2022, they joined ACI Worldwide as a Sr Account Executive and later in 2023, they became the Sales Director LatAm at Pismo.
Halan Gobira has a diverse education history. In 2020, they attended FIA Business School for Project Management. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Strategic Business Management at FIAP. Halan also holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from FEI, which they obtained between 2001 and 2008. Halan'seducational journey began in 1998 at ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo, where they obtained a Tecnico degree in Telecomunication technician. In addition to their formal education, Halan Gobira has acquired various certifications, including "Soft Skills for Sales Professionals" from LinkedIn (obtained in 2023), "Fast MBA lead - Liderança e Gestão de Pessoas" from Udemy Brasil (obtained in 2021), "Tokenização: Como Digitalizar Cartões" from Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (obtained in 2017), and "Green Belt Lean-Sigma" from Safran Corporate University (obtained in 2014).
