Otavio Santana is an accomplished engineering and tech manager with extensive experience in software development and team leadership across various prestigious companies. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Pismo since December 2023, Otavio previously held the position of Tech Manager at PicPay and has also worked at C6 Bank, Creditas, Wirecard Brasil, and digio in a range of technical and leadership roles. Otavio has a solid foundation in software engineering, initiated at Walmart.com - Brasil, and has developed systems for various industries utilizing a variety of technologies and methodologies.
