Rafael Takinami

Rafael Takinami is an Engineering Manager at Pismo since May 2019, where responsibilities include leading a tech team and enhancing a cloud-native processing platform for banking and payments. Rafael's expertise encompasses developing solutions with Golang and Groovy while managing quality assurance processes, supporting Kubernetes and Istio, and implementing infrastructure as code using Terraform and AWS resources. Prior to Pismo, Rafael worked as a Software Engineer at Guiabolso, focusing on digital financial products, and as a Software Developer Intern at Rocket Internet SE. Rafael holds a degree from the Instituto de Matemática e Estatística - Universidade de São Paulo and completed studies at King George International College.
