Vanessa Rocha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product operations and support across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Product Operations Manager at Pismo since July 2021, Vanessa is responsible for customer migration governance, management of multiple projects, cross-functional challenge resolution, and the development of efficient processes between teams. Prior to this role, Vanessa was a Senior Product Support Specialist at CATENO, where responsibilities included the management of significant digital product implementations and agile methodologies.
