Lindsay Fengel, SHRM-CP

Lindsay Fengel, SHRM-CP, has over 18 years of professional experience in the Human Resources and Administrative fields. Lindsay is currently the People Operations Manager at Pison since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Manager at Uhnder, Inc. from 2015 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for spearheading full-scope human resources operations, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, overseeing employee relations, communications and engagement, and recruiting more than 100 new FTEs. From 2014 to 2015, Lindsay worked as an Administrative Specialist at AMD, where they were responsible for human resources tasks, executive-level support, setting up and maintaining SharePoint sites, preparing expense reports, replenishing department supplies, organizing team-building events, and partnering with Engineering and Finance. From 2003 to 2014, Lindsay served as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Public Policy & Communications and Chief Diversity Officer at Caesars Entertainment. In this role, they were responsible for travel management, calendar management, expense reconciliations, selecting event production companies, coordinating large company-wide conferences and events, and creating high-impact presentations.

Lindsay Fengel has taken select classes at both the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and Western Nebraska Community College. In July 2020, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
