Jae Song

Jae Song has worked in various roles since 2015. Jae began their career as an Office Assistant at New York Robotics Gynecology & Women's Health, where they augmented office efficiency by refining file organization and strengthening team communication, regulated patient scheduling and billing, and monitored office IT issues. In 2019, they became a Sales Associate at Dr. Munch Wholesale Distributor, where they consulted 120 accounts weekly in NYC, Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island and initiated new client scouting in the Bronx, and corresponded with a 7-member team to coordinate order placement and resolve customer service issues. In 2020, they became a Technical Writer at Croud, and also a Technical Instructor at App Academy, where they provided a strong programming foundation for students to gain acceptance into the most selective coding bootcamps, taught programming fundamentals up to an intermediate level for JavaScript, and provided one-on-one code reviews to students. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Software Engineer at PiSrc.

Jae Song earned a Bachelor of Arts from New York University, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Child Adolescent Mental Health Studies and Creative Writing. Jae also attended App Academy for Web Development/Software Engineering.
