Kevin Ells

Kevin Ells is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management and support. Currently serving as a Senior IT Specialist at Piston Group since February 2020, Kevin collaborates with the Core Infrastructure team to oversee LAN/WAN, compute/storage, and disaster recovery systems while acting as a liaison to the Plant IT staff. Previously, Kevin held the role of Director of Information Technology at Ox Engineered Products, where responsibilities included leading IT integrations for a private equity-backed startup. Kevin's background at Sherwin-Williams involved various roles, including IT Manager, providing support for manufacturing and back-office functions. Earlier in Kevin's career, positions at Electronic Data Systems included Infrastructure Specialist, where leadership on critical GM data migration projects was demonstrated. Kevin holds multiple certifications, including MCSE from Schoolcraft College and a VMware vSphere certification from Global Knowledge.
