Thomas Howlett

Thomas Howlett is a seasoned human resources professional with over a decade of experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Piston Group since December 2012, Thomas focuses on providing strategic advice on organizational development, talent management, and cultural effectiveness. Prior to this, Thomas held the position of HR Manager at Pisces Capital Developments, where responsibility included overseeing daily HR operations and enhancing recruitment strategies. Thomas began the career as an HR Coordinator at SD Keppler and Associates. Educationally, Thomas earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Katharine Gibbs School and previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution.
