Jeffrey Kozma

Jeffrey Kozma, MSA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial analysis. Currently serving as Plant Controller at Piston Automotive since February 2024, Jeffrey previously held roles at AUTOKINITON as a Senior Financial Analyst and Financial and Business Analyst Sr., focusing on fixed asset accounting. At RPJ Real Estate, Jeffrey established new accounting processes and reconciled multiple companies in a newly created Director of Finance position. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Accountant at Clayton & McKervey, P.C., contributing to the firm's support of entrepreneurial companies, and as a Technical Support Representative Intern at Thomson Reuters. Jeffrey holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University and an Associate of Business in Accounting from Washtenaw Community College.
