Pitch Black
Mikael Damant-Sirois is an accomplished professional in the visual effects and creative operations industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Pitch Black since January 2024. Prior to this role, Mikael held various positions at Rodeo FX from July 2011 to December 2023, including VP of Creative Operations and Head of VFX Operations, demonstrating extensive expertise in both creative and technical aspects of the field. Mikael's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Lumiere VFX Inc. and Hypgnosis FX, as well as key positions at Meteor Studios and Beyond-Fx, showcasing a solid foundation in computer graphics and artistic direction. Mikael earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Concordia University between 2001 and 2004.
