Sofija Raisys

Sofija Raisys has extensive experience in customer support and organizational consultancy, currently serving as a Senior Manager at PitchBook since June 2020, where prior roles included Manager and Associate Manager of Customer Support. Before joining PitchBook, Sofija worked as a Chapter Consultant for Phi Mu National Headquarters, traveling to 15 universities to assess and enhance chapter operations. Previous positions also include Sales Associate at Oiselle, where exceptional customer service was a focus, and Community Events Intern at the World Affairs Council, with responsibilities in research and event preparation. Additionally, Sofija held coaching roles at Mercer Island Beach Club, starting as Assistant Swim Coach and advancing to Head Swim Coach, overseeing a large team of swimmers. Sofija holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from the University of Washington.
