Santi Lopez Guiñazu has a diverse work experience in various industries. Santi is the Founder and CEO of Pitcheers, where they help bridge the gap between companies and suitable candidates. Santi is also the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Euphorbia Ltd, a company that tokenizes carbon credits to bring value to voluntary carbon markets globally. Additionally, Santi co-founded and served as the COO of Crowd Sourcing Limited, a tech recruitment company focused on helping New Zealand companies. Santi also co-founded Taskpace, an AI Task Assistant platform. Santi has worked in recruitment roles such as IT Recruitment Consultant at Enterprise Recruitment and Consultant Client Services for Software Development at Davidson. Santi has also worked in the insurance industry as Sales & Distribution manager at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. In addition, Santi has experience in HR as an HR Business Partner at DIRECTV and an HR Advisor at The Mosaic Company.

Santi Lopez Guiñazu obtained an International General Certificate of Secondary Education from the University of Cambridge in 2001. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resources from UADE.
