Teresa Mead

Teresa Mead is an experienced operations and HR professional with a diverse background in management consulting and operational leadership. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Pitcher Partners since January 2022, Teresa also operates as Principal Consultant at Teresa Mead Consulting, providing HR and management consulting services to senior executives and leadership teams. Previously, Teresa held multiple roles at mlcoa, including Operations Manager for ACT and Victoria and General Manager (acting), focusing on operational management and service delivery. Teresa’s early career at Shell Australia included positions as HR Manager for Upstream International and Recruitment Manager for Europe, where responsibilities included managing HR teams and meeting recruitment targets. Teresa has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Science with Honours from La Trobe University.
