Aldar Nikolaev

Aldar Nikolaev is an experienced professional in the field of people analytics and data science, currently serving as a Senior People Analytics Manager at Richemont since February 2023 and as a Data Science Lead at PitchMe.co since April 2022. Previously, Aldar held the position of People Analytics Manager at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from June 2020 to April 2022 and worked as a self-employed Data Analyst and Consultant from 2014 to June 2020.
